URGENT CALL TO THE INTELLECTUALS: RESTORE DEMOCRACY AND ITS VALUE IS THE PURPOSE
The intellectual historically has interacted with policy. Today's call is more urgent, and an engagement is required involving both active, as a director or actor in person, or theoretical. Today, Peru is dominated by a political exercise vulgar, inferior, rough-and rowdy, more than ever requires the active presence of the intellectuals who, directly or indirectly, positively affect the social, political and economic. Certainly, the task is not easy. However, intellectual life requires a commitment. Requires taking a position, an attitude to take, a struggle fraught with challenges. And while looking for a secular support arm or a party must act in line with real instances of a people fighting for our freedom, education, development, decency in public administration and corruption in all its manifestations.
