forgives not that Evo has hinted that the U.S. seek to establish a military base in Ayacucho. Much less that it has "hinted" Peruvians to expel the country. For our President Evo is making meddling where they do not call noting that "... seems to have done enough already in Bolivia as to come to get here ...."
But the truth is that the Base U.S. Military Ayacucho is a fact in the making. In other words, an imminent reality. All the evidence points in this direction as well as nationalist Congresswoman Jane says Huancahuari ( see here).
In such a way that what President Garcia for not more than "gross lies and manipulations ... ..." for many Peruvians who know the U.S. military experience, we believe that the concerns of the Bolivian president have a reason being as a new U.S. military base, would change the geopolitical situation of this continent. And we know that Bolivia, today, is the target number one of the balkanization in Latin America who advocate right-wing forces of imperialist globalization.
